Summary: Interdisciplinary dentistry focuses on interaction, not only between the primary dentist and the specialists, but also between the interdisciplinary team and the patient. The purpose is to utilize communication and teamwork to provide optimal treatment for the patient. This program will provide interdisciplinary approaches to multiple cases. All cases will be submitted in advance by FRVDS general dentists, and each will be addressed by a panel of FRVDS specialists, as the case applies to their respective expertise. Two to three panelists will re present each specialty. Attendees will first have the opportunity to jot down what they anticipate to be the best approach to treatment.
